☕ Day 8 | Specialty Barista Training Batch 288 ✨

Every cup of coffee has a story — and every mistake has a lesson to teach. ☕🌱

Batch 288 continues to explore the deeper side of specialty coffee as they take their knowledge and skills to the next level.

Today’s session went beyond brewing. Our learners discovered the evolution of coffee through the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Coffee Waves, explored the relationship between caffeine and health, and uncovered the balance between the art and science of manual brewing.

But learning coffee is not only about creating the perfect cup — it’s also about understanding what happens when things go wrong. Through tasting extraction errors, learners developed a sharper palate and learned how small changes can create a completely different coffee experience. 🔍☕

The afternoon brought theory to life with hands-on manual brewing practice, where curiosity, creativity, and teamwork came together.

Batch 288 continues to prove that learning specialty coffee is not just technical — it’s an adventure filled with discovery, passion, and plenty of fun moments along the way. 🔥
