👑School + Kumon + Ballet = Batang Winner!

A busy schedule doesn't have to mean choosing one over the other.

We know children can get busy with schoolwork, training, competitions and other activities. But with a good routine and discipline, Kumon can still be part of their daily life. We want our students to learn how to manage their responsibilities, enhance their potentials while making time for the things they love.

Of course we want our students to learn the steps, improve their technique, and become better dancers.

But I think one of the most important things a dance teacher can give someone is confidence.

Because learning to dance puts you in SO many situations where you have to get uncomfortable.

You’re going to feel awkward sometimes.

You’re going to mess things up in front of other people.

At some point you have to walk into a room where you barely know anyone and somehow get comfortable enough to grab a stranger’s hand and dance with them.

And little by little, those things stop feeling so scary.
That’s the part of teaching I think is so much bigger than just teaching someone where to put their feet.

Eventually our students might forget half the moves we taught them.

But if they walk away believing in themselves a little more than they did when they first walked into our class, that means a lot more to us!
