​Heavenly Father,
​We gather today on this new Monday, placing our hearts and our training before You. As we step into the Dojang, we hold close Your guiding instruction: "Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful."

​Lord, we pray that You cultivate a spirit of mercy within our young practitioners. Teach them that while we train our bodies for power and skill, the highest strength is found in kindness, empathy, and extending grace.

​When they face a challenge, help them to respond with perseverance, not frustration. When they witness a teammate struggle, grant them the wisdom to offer encouragement, not judgment. When they succeed, fill them with humility, not pride. 🥋🤝

​We also lift up all the parents and families. Inspire us to mirror Your mercy in our homes and daily lives, showing patience and understanding, so that our children may learn true compassion by watching us. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🌟

​In every stance, every kick, and every interaction, may we reflect Your unconditional love and mercy to those around us.

Heavenly Father,
We pause today with full and humble hearts, holding close the promise of Your Word: "A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed."

Lord, teach our young athletes that true strength isn't just shown in high kicks or winning matches, but in the gentleness of an encouraging word, a helping hand to a struggling teammate, and a selfless heart. May they learn early that when they pour good into others, their own spirits are lifted and made strong. 🥋❤️

We pray over every parent who walks through our doors—the unsung heroes who pour endless energy, sacrifice, and love into raising these young champions. When fatigue sets in, Lord, refresh their weary souls. Return to them tenfold the grace, patience, and warmth they give so freely every single day. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🌟

And God, our hearts ache for our nation—for every family, child, and community across the Philippines struggling through the heavy rains, flooding, and destruction brought by the typhoons. Protect those who are stranded, comfort those who have lost so much, and shield the brave hands working tirelessly to rescue and rebuild. Awaken in all of us a deep, active generosity.
