At Hẹn Coffee, we believe every cup creates a meaningful connection. We are bringing authentic Vietnamese coffee, culture, and hospitality to the heart of Manila, and we're looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Executive to help grow our brand and build a vibrant community.
About the Role
As our Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our online presence, organizing promotional campaigns, and helping position Hẹn Coffee as one of the most loved Vietnamese cafés in Manila.
Key Responsibilities
Manage our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
Produce high-quality photos, Reels, TikTok videos, and short-form content.
Develop and execute monthly marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Design posters, menus, digital advertisements, and marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Coordinate café events, seasonal promotions, and community engagement activities.
Collaborate with the operations team to promote new beverages, food items, and special offers.
Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
Monitor customer reviews and help maintain an excellent online reputation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Content Creation.
Strong photography, videography, and short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.).
Excellent written and spoken English.
Vietnamese language skills are an advantage but not required.
Creative, organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry is a plus.

₱20,000–₱25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Within the first three months, you will be expected to:
Publish 20–25 high-quality social media posts each month.
Produce 12–20 engaging short-form videos monthly.
Increase social media followers by 1,000–2,000.
Generate at least 300 new customer visits through marketing campaigns.
Maintain a Google rating of 4.8★ or higher.
Achieve an average social media engagement rate of 5% or above.
Launch at least one promotional campaign or community event each month.
