As the waters grow still this , we pause as one crew—grateful for the journey behind us and mindful of the rhythm ahead. May each and everyone of us get time to reflect, to reset, and to realign our purpose—so when we return to the water, we move not just with strength, but with renewed focus, unity, and intention.
