out of a movie....

underwater scenes of our beautiful island. Siquijor Island is unique for it's underwater landscapes. We train hard at our school in the sport of freediving because we believe exploring the underwater world on one breath is the best way to connect mind, body and ocean.

Need to escape?

Find hidden caves, tunnels and waterholes on Siquijor Island. A limestone coral island, Siquijor has been carved away by water and wind, to create stunning hidden passages where rock meets ocean.

Come find out for yourself.

Some buddy/safety pool techniques you learn in a Wave 1 Freedive Course?

1. Learn the setup, entering and exiting into the STATIC breath-hold.
2. Understand how to position your diver.
3. Non-verbal communication.
4. Guide them through the body scan and visualization.
5. Help them as they enter the "effort" and "struggle" phases of the breath-hold.
6. Guide your diver through the recovery breaths!

The monofin!

No, not mermaiding...that's not really a sport (no offence).

CWT (Constant Weight) with a monofin is a depth discipline that stems from fin swimming. It became popular on breath hold and the first way a human being propelled themselves beyond 100 meters deep on one breath!

We take our speedboat to explore offshore islands between December and June. This is when the winds are the calmest and the season is best.

Can you guess the place? ;)

Yep!

We go (regular) fishing sometimes too! Join us for some jigging next season!

Did you know? Relaxation is one of the most important freediving skills. Slow breathing, a calm mind, and good technique help make every dive more enjoyable. 🌊
