What an incredible journey this has been! For the past few days, we have witnessed not only amazing rallies, intense matches, and outstanding athletic performances, but also camaraderie, sportsmanship, and the beautiful spirit of the pickleball community.
To all our players, congratulations! Whether you are bringing home a medal, a trophy, or simply the memories of competing on the court, you are all winners in your own way. Thank you for giving your best, for respecting one another, and for making this tournament truly memorable. Every point played and every match fought has contributed to the success of this event.
To our champions and medalists, you have earned your moment. Your dedication, discipline, and hard work have brought you here. Celebrate your victories with humility, and may they inspire you to keep improving and reaching greater heights.
To all our participating clubs, thank you for showing up, raising your banners, and bringing your teams together. You have shown us that pickleball is more than just a sport. It is a community that builds friendships, strengthens relationships, and brings people together regardless of age, background, or skill level.
To our sponsors, partners, and benefactors, our deepest gratitude goes to each and every one of you. This tournament would not have been possible without your generosity, trust, and support. Thank you for believing in our vision and for helping us create an event that brings joy and opportunities to our pickleball community.
To the City Government of Zamboanga, Mayor Khymer Olaso, City Tourism, and all our sponsors and partners, thank you for supporting initiatives that promote sports, tourism, and community engagement in our beloved city.

We know that organizing an event of this scale comes with challenges, pressure, and unexpected situations. But through teamwork, patience, and perseverance, we made it happen.
And of course, to our organizing team, thank you for the sacrifices, sleepless nights, endless preparations, and countless decisions that brought us to this moment. We may not have done everything perfectly, but we gave our hearts, our time, and our best efforts to make this tournament a success. For that, I am truly proud of what we have accomplished together.
We also acknowledge that every major event comes with lessons. We take these lessons with humility and use them as opportunities to improve, grow, and serve our players and community even better in the future.
The Hermosa Grand Pickleball Tournament was more than just a competition. It was a celebration of passion, unity, friendship, and the growing love for pickleball in Zamboanga City.
As we close this chapter, I hope we take home more than just our prizes and medals. May we take home new friendships, unforgettable memories, valuable lessons, and a renewed passion for the sport we all love.
This may be the end of the Hermosa Grand Pickleball Tournament 2026, but it is certainly not the end of our journey together. May this event inspire even bigger opportunities, stronger partnerships, and more exciting tournaments in the years to come.
