Beesyo is coined from 'Bisyo', a tagalog word which is the national dialect of the Philippines- pertaining to 'habits'. Changing negative habits into positive habits with the use of yoga practice for good health. A positive state of mind to change negative habits for the good to affect others and take care of our own health. Beesyo, also derives its' name from the inspiring nature of the bees.

'The children somehow reminded me of bees wanting to swarm all around you whenever introduced to something fun and stimulating, and a fun yoga practice is great for everyone and for awakening and creating connections'- Bernes Dayrit Gleaves. From here, Beesyo has evolved not only as a yoga practice focus, but of a variety of movement practice and communities - walks, therapeutic dance flow yoga, Fly Flow Dance, yoga stick flow, wall yoga, swing yoga, wheel yoga --all of these are all open and adaptive to everyones' abilities and needs. Studios and classes by Beesyo remains the engine to keep this goal and vision at the center of our Yoga community. Yoga classes, Dance classes and Coaching programs in Portugal can be enrolled for a full months' class at the start of every month. Bernadette takes on Private One-on-one special classes open to 6 persons in every month. Very focussed and highly beneficial for both beginners to yoga and those already practicing. Beesyo also host classes in Abu Dhabi, UK and Manila -- hosted by Local teachers for Beesyo and by Yoga teacher B for pop-up yoga events. A partir daqui, Beesyo evoluiu não apenas como um foco de prática de ioga, mas de uma variedade de práticas de movimento e comunidades - caminhadas, yoga de fluxo de dança terapêutica, Fly Flow Dance, fluxo de bastões de ioga, ioga de parede, ioga de balanço, ioga de roda - tudo destes são todos abertos e adaptáveis às habilidades e necessidades de todos. Os estúdios e aulas da Beesyo continuam sendo o motor para manter esse objetivo e visão no centro de nossa comunidade de Yoga. Aulas de ioga, aulas de dança e programas de coaching em Portugal podem ser inscritos para uma aula de meses completos no início de cada mês. Bernadette tem aulas particulares particulares abertas para 6 pessoas em cada mês. Muito focado e altamente benéfico tanto para iniciantes no yoga quanto para aqueles que já praticam. Lyn is a lover of all things green and organic --here in photo:). Green hands they say--and here putting her very productive hands in the practice of aerials.

Lyn has found herself starting a few months ago in our studio in Gaia practicing aerials with teacher B. This was only her 4th class and already venturing further into developing her strength and willpower, exploring movements.

It is often in our most exhausted days when we feel we couldn't move and have no energy left that when we are able to squeeze in a little bit more ounce of energy to take care of ourselves is when changes and transformations truly happens. Thank you Lyn for powering on. You are amazing .
