------
🇬🇧 You feel like you’ve scored, only to suddenly find your hands being pushed aside because your opponent executed suriage-men (sliding their shinai along yours and knocking it out of the way).

Yeah... terribly frustrating! 😑

🇷🇴 "ce faci la antrenament? acelasi lucru mereu?"🙄

pai... da si nu 😆 Lovitura la men e tot la men, dar CUM ridic mainile, CAT DE MULT armez, UNDE lovesc, CAT DE TARE lovesc, toate acestea fac fiecare lovitura unica. 👌

------
🇷🇴 "What do you do in training? The same thing over and over?" 🙄

Well... yes and no. 😆 A men strike is still a men strike, but HOW I raise my hands, HOW FAR UP I wind up, WHERE I strike, and HOW HARD I hit—all of that makes every strike unique. 👌

🇬🇧 It’s so hard to explain the beauty of Kendo in a short reel!

So, come to the dojo—let us show you! 💪

🇬🇧 During my first training, I was grinning from ear to ear the whole time. It was extraordinary!

Years later, it’s even more extraordinary! 💪

Kendo is something that cannot be explained; it can only be experienced... ❤️

-----
🇬🇧 strange how when you do the technique you feel like you're so fast and when you check the recording you seem to be in second gear only 😅
