The boats worked a little differently this time around, let’s just say that. One team crossed the line first, but honestly, everyone won that day.

Team building, France edition. Great people, better day.

This is a project about the Mediterranean.

About Posidonia oceanica.

And about the people working to protect it.

Together with , Olympic champion and , we went deeper to understand one of the most important and threatened ecosystems in our sea.

Posidonia is much more than a plant.

It captures carbon. Protects our coastline. Creates life.

And forms underwater forests that are essential for Mediterranean biodiversity.

But it’s disappearing.

Anchoring. Pollution. Coastal development. Illegal fishing practices.

Human activity is putting an ecosystem that has taken thousands of years to grow at serious risk.

Through Blue Impact, the sustainability programme of E1 Series, we’re using our platform to listen, learn and raise our voices.

Because protecting the ocean isn’t someone else’s responsibility.

It’s all of ours.

If you’re going to fall, fall forward.

Every race that didn’t go the way we planned taught us something we couldn’t have learned any other way.

Those moments weren’t setbacks, they were training.

That’s what we’re bringing into this summer: everything those falls pushed us to become.

We only get one life to do things right, and that’s exactly the mindset behind this team.

The season so far might make recovery look difficult. It doesn’t feel that way from inside this team. What we have is a relentless drive to improve, to push harder, to give everything, and to dream without limits.

Everything starts twice: once in the mind, then in reality.

We’ve already built the first version. Now we’re working on the second.
