Second time participating at Riyadh Marathon where i ran again the 10 k race.

My goal was to run under 7 min/ km and i managed to run at 6:45 πŸ’ͺπŸ’ƒπŸ˜„

Pilates has helped me to build a strong core and to get through all the injuries i had( meniscus injuries, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff injury, etc). Each time i had been able to resume running and all sorts of movement because i religiously practice Pilates. 😊

Well done to me! πŸŽ‰πŸ€ΈπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜„

Pilates joy before the class, saying Good bye to one of my students as he's gonna move back to Europe. It's always difficult to say Good bye so i have tried to make fun!

While travelling i always try to stay active by either doing Pilates workouts, taking long walks, doing some bodyweight exercises or going out for a run.

Today while in Brighton I went out for a 5 k Seafront Run as the weather is just perfect for running, a bit cloudy and a bit sunny, breezy and fresh salty air.
