I'm not a gym person, I'm only there to go on the rowing machine. And living in Riyadh for a year now, I walk less. And after walking and hiking a lot while in Lebanon πŸ‡±πŸ‡§ and Canada πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ this summer, which I used to do A LOT, my body felt different again, and in order to maintain the endurance, strength, balance and flexibility (cause hello Pilates), I got to move those legs 😬

But anyway, these exercises can or maybe must be done no matter what else we practice or perform. They feel great ⚜️
Try them, I suggest 12 reps of each!

The benefits of adding the ball to your pilates workout are endless. Demonstrated here are the cat and cow stretches, the planks and squat variations using the fitness ball ==>

I suggest sets of 12 for each.
