Anmälan till Sverigelägret är öppen! 🇸🇪

Nytt för i år är att lägret även bjuder på en föreläsning – med Andreas Cederqvist, grundare av Hjärnplus, som bland annat berättar om hur man kan göra motgångar och förluster till lärotillfällen. Utöver det blir det så klart massor av träning.

Antalet platser är begränsat, och ifjol blev det fullbokat. Vänta därför inte för länge med att anmäla dig.

Kom och vässa formen inför kommande tävlingar!

🕐 Ca 12–16 (tid fastställs senare)
💰 Ca 150–200 kr, beroende på antal deltagare (Swish på plats)

Vi tränar hokei, dantai hokei, tenkai och jissen – ca 3-4 timmars träning totalt. Instruktörer från Göteborgs Taidoklubb.

Saturday marked the first time in many years that Sweden competed in taido in the USA, making it a memorable day in many ways.

It was a long and exciting day, with competitions running from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and around 230 competitors across six tatamis. More than the medals, what we'll bring home is the kindness, sportsmanship, and friendships we've found among taidoka of all ages. 🇺🇸🇯🇵🇸🇪
Our Swedish team also had an outstanding day, bringing home medals of every color. Among the highlights was gold in Dantai Hokei, where more than 15 teams competed.

This event has been a joy from day one, and we're grateful to be here celebrating the 50th Anniversary of US Taido together with so many inspiring taidoka from the USA and Japan.

Congratulations to all the competitors, and an extra special shout-out to our Swedish athletes: BRA JOBBAT! ✨💪🏆🇸🇪

We hope to welcome as many of you as possible to Sweden next year for the World Taido Championships . Until then — keep training, and see you on the tatami!

The US Taido 50th Anniversary Adventure continues.

Our Swedish team has enjoyed a fantastic few days with an extensive social programme (Coca-Cola Museum! Martin Luther King Jr Center! Laser tag!), black belt seminars, and preparations for tomorrow’s competitions. Most of all, it's been about reconnecting with old friends, making new ones, and sharing countless conversations and laughs.

Our delegation also had the pleasure of presenting Mitsuaki Uchida with a T-shirt. His immediate response was: "We should all go to Sweden next summer." We certainly hope you do — we'd love the opportunity to return even a fraction of the warmth and generosity we've experienced here.

Greetings from Atlanta and US Taido’s 50th anniversary! We received a warm welcome at the Uchida Dojo and are looking forward to several days of competitions and celebrations. It’s a joy to once again meet the international Taido community. 🇺🇸🇯🇵🇸🇪

It has been 50 years since Mitsunobu Uchida brought Taido to the USA, and we’re celebrating it in the best way possible.

More than 60 delegates from Japan, 10 from Sweden, and many taidoka from across the USA have gathered here. The event will bring together at least 300 competitors across six tatamis. We expect plenty of inspiration ahead of the World Taido Championships in Sweden next year.

Svensk taido bäst i Norden - Svenska Budo & Kampsportsförbundet Det blev en synnerligen skarp svensk helg i Köpenhamn där Nordic Open i taido hölls – Sverige placerade sig överst i medaljligan med elva guldmedaljer.

Sammanfattning av årsmötet 2026 – SVENSKA TAIDOFÖRBUNDET Årsmötet 2026 hölls i år digitalt vilket ledde till stor uppslutning från klubbarna. Närvarande var Stockholm, Östersund, Uddevalla, Göteborg, Malmö, Strömstad, Kungälv och Vänersborg. Mötet beslöt att bevilja ansvarsfrihet för avgående styrelse och att godkänna förslaget om stadge...

Inbjudan till klubbrepresentanterna på årsmötet är nu utskickade. Glädjande nog är samtliga klubbar representerade, något som knappast hänt tidigare. Tack till alla klubbar för att ni engagerar er i förbundet!!
