Over the past few weeks we’ve been building strength, refining technique, and stacking quality sessions together. It’s been great seeing everyone show up, challenge themselves, and make real progress 💪

Shirleen truly redefines what commitment looks like 💪 Quite possibly the world’s most productive hungover person 🍻➡️🏋️♀️, she somehow still makes it to our morning classes — night out or not — and does it with a smile on her face ☀️😁
She’s a friendly, familiar presence in the studio who shows up consistently, pushes herself every session, and never shies away from a challenge 🔥 And let’s not forget — she also turns up in some of the cutest workout sets 🫶✨ serving both style and effort every single class 👟💖
Whether she’s powering through a tough workout or just bringing great vibes to the room, Shirleen makes those early mornings better for everyone around her 🌅💙
