Body Fit Training is a scientific high intensity group strength and conditioning studio. Each day is a new workout.

In short, our programs are designed to be progressive, innovative, and transformative. At BFT, we use science and technology to drive positive outcomes – at all fitness levels. We’ve incorporated scientifically proven training techniques aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle into a variety of 50-minute training sessions that are overseen by highly accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment. Each day is an opportunity to be a better version of yourself.

TGIF with Progression 1 of Cardio U 🔥 Expect continuous work with waves of intensity - pushing, dialling it back while staying in motion, then building again 💨

The goal?
❤️ Build your aerobic engine
💓 Improve heart rate control
⚡ Maintain strong movement even under fatigue

Today’s Lower Body Strength session is all about setting the standard.
We’re dialing in technique on our barbell back squats, deadlifts, and key accessory movements to build the foundation for the next 10 weeks of strength gains 💪

Today isn’t about chasing heavy numbers - it’s about:
✅ Clean movement patterns
✅ Solid technique
✅ Building confidence under the bar

Think of it as practice for progress. Nail the basics now so we can load it up later 📈

🤩That’s a wrap on this training block 👏

Over the past few weeks we’ve been building strength, refining technique, and stacking quality sessions together. It’s been great seeing everyone show up, challenge themselves, and make real progress 💪

Now it’s time to carry that momentum forward🔥🕺🏻👌🏻

🏋🏻‍♀️Performance testing is coming up, and a brand new block is just around the corner 🔥 Let’s see how those gains translate.

FEBRUARY 2026 MEMBER OF THE MONTH: SHIRLEEN 🕺🏻😬💔

Shirleen truly redefines what commitment looks like 💪 Quite possibly the world’s most productive hungover person 🍻➡️🏋️‍♀️, she somehow still makes it to our morning classes — night out or not — and does it with a smile on her face ☀️😁
She’s a friendly, familiar presence in the studio who shows up consistently, pushes herself every session, and never shies away from a challenge 🔥 And let’s not forget — she also turns up in some of the cutest workout sets 🫶✨ serving both style and effort every single class 👟💖
Whether she’s powering through a tough workout or just bringing great vibes to the room, Shirleen makes those early mornings better for everyone around her 🌅💙
