Jiahui:
"Before joining BFT, staying consistent with training was always a challenge. BFT has helped me build a proper fitness habit and make exercise part of my lifestyle. The coaches at PO are super professional and encouraging, and the community is super welcoming — it really feels like everyone is supporting each other while working towards their own goals. Huge shoutout to the coaches for making every session so enjoyable! As a working dad, balancing family, work, and health isn’t easy. What I love most about BFT is how efficient it is — in just under an hour, I get a structured, high-quality workout with zero guesswork. I can fully focus, train hard, and leave knowing I’ve made the most of my time. Strength is my favourite program. As a competitive volleyball player, getting stronger has always been important to me. Since joining BFT, I’ve become stronger and fitter, and it’s directly translated to better performance on the court. It’s really rewarding seeing that progress carry over into the sport I love."
Hailey:
"BFT Punggol Oasis is very convenient. It fits whatever schedule I have since there are multiple classes a day. It’s also a constant reminder for me to keep showing up every day, even on days when I don’t feel like working out. Seeing the coaches' and familiar members’ faces just makes my day better. Now, working out has become a habit for me. And because BFT has so many program types, every day feels like opening a blind box — even if you know the workout set for the day, you never know which station you’re starting at or who you will be paired with."
