Dear Parents and Swimmers,
We are pleased to inform you of new *Stroke Correction*! Building on the core fundamentals of balance and buoyancy, this program contextualises to each swimmer’s unique pace and competency, pinpointing and fixing stroke inefficiencies to help swimmers move faster and smoother with refined technique.
