We’re growing our coaching team.
Jumpshot 3x3 Academy is looking for a Youth Development Basketball Coach (Full-Time / Part-Time) who is passionate about developing young players and building strong foundations from the start.
You’ll work primarily with players aged 6–14 across our Starter and Development Programmes, focusing on fundamentals, movement, confidence and player progression.
Key responsibilities include:
• Deliver structured, high-energy youth training sessions
• Develop footwork, ball handling, shooting and physical literacy
• Communicate player progress with parents
• Manage court operations and assistant coaches/interns
• Identify players with potential for accelerated development
We’re looking for someone with:
• 2+ years of youth basketball coaching experience
• Competitive playing background
• Level 1 coaching certification or relevant qualification
• Strong communication, patience and ability to engage young athletes
• Valid First Aid & CPR/AED certification
