This foundational workshop focuses on body isolation techniques, coordination drills, and movement combinations that help participants move more clearly and confidently in dance fitness routines.
You will learn to recognize and control basic body segments, while maintaining rhythm and coordination in movement.
Suitable for dance fitness instructors, dancers, and anyone looking to build stronger movement foundations.
Participants will explore:

• A short choreography application
