After 3 weeks of intensive trainings and participating in the CF open Workouts, it's finally Deload Week for this lady. 🌸

New skills unlocked 🔓
- Big sets of Wall balls Cycling
- Pulling got stronger
- Consistent pace with burpees and Barbell Cycling ( cleans and thrusters )

That collapse is your birth

For a star to be created
A gaseous nebula must clash and explode.
The collapse doesn’t prevent the star from forming and shining bright.

Hardships don’t weaken you.
There is the potential,
Right there in the moment of collapsing,
To become something extraordinary.
To collapse, to crumble, to come up even sharper.
That collapse is your birth.

Break down, fail, fall through, fold, fall flat on your face, go wrong, but don’t forget to pick yourself up every time.
If that ‘nebula collapsion’
Didn’t happen,
You wouldn’t be the person you are today.

One star can make a difference, but it’s the formation of tons of stars that make the creation
Sensational.
So, in this world,
you are not alone.
There are so many stars out there to be by your side and together
To be and create something beautiful.
We are all stars,
Different from each other
But essential to one another.

Darkness, foginess, chaos, colours, star formation,
Peculiar, eye-catching, remarkable,
Miraculous phenomenon.

Here are a few progressions and scaling options I used for my first gymnastics training back from cold sickness ❄️

How hard did I push for tha Strict Wall Facing HSPU, though? ⚒️

Animal Lines to Handstand Walk
1. Bearcrawl
2. Candlestick Walk
3. Seal Walk on toes
4. Hollow Seal Walk
5. HSW

Complex: 3-5 sets of 3 rounds of:
1 Push-up
1 Wall Walk / to Box
1 Wall Facing Strict Handstand Push up/ Box Piked HSPU

This is when i realised...
I was doing something right.
When " I became a We".

Learning Slovenian as a foreigner is not an easy task.
It is hard-core CrossFit for the mind.

What we did to finally make it work out is:
We got together as a group,
hired a Slovenian teacher,
so we learn in our terms.

Something I observed during the lessons, though, is that:
✨️ The encouragement we give to each other at the gym as a group, (the high fives, hugs, the "yes, you did it"- punch gesture), continued to show up in the classroom.

We were happy when one of us was answering correctly, and we allowed ourselves to drop our shield and show our weaknesses with learning a language. Just like in training, when a Workout kicks your ass and leaves you exposed.
Yet, not alone.
We are together.

This is how I know I am doing something right.
When people support each other beyond what we do in a training session and a workout.
When people help people.
Because that's the humane thing to do.

When you are surrounded by the right people:
💫that will encourage you to keep trying, 💫show you the way to greatness,
💫show you their weaknesses, and how they keep going on
💫 Show you that they accept you are you are, and see the potential within you.
💫 you can not quit because that's not what they do.

This is how consistency grows, and that's how we stick together. ⚒️
As long as we are a "we," I know that we will keep growing as humans, individually and collectively.
