On Sierra Leone’s Independence Day, April 27, at the SLFA’s playing field, we are gearing up for our Leone Rock Premier League game against Bhantal FC.

Under the direction of our Head Coach Amidu Karim, the training session is being conducted.

Star Sport Academy delegates touch down in Turkey to sign landmark deal

The delegation from Star Sport Academy, headed by Chairman and Founder, Ing, Yankuba Jusu Tarawally, alongside CEO Mohamed Jusu Tarawally, has safely arrived in Istanbul.

The club's high-powered delegation has arrived to finalise a significant deal with Beşiktaş, one of the largest football clubs in Turkey.

This visit follows high-level discussions initiated by our Chairman in February with Beşiktaş.

The Sierra Leone National Team 🇸🇱 have arrived in Baku as preparations begin for the FIFA 2026 Series international friendlies.

Led by Head Coach Mohamed Kallon, the squad continues to build with both home-based and foreign-based players linking up ahead of the clash.

Notable names in camp include Juma Bah, Sulaiman Kaikai, Yayah Kallon, and Kamil Conteh.

Leone Stars will face Azerbaijan national football team in an international friendly on March 30, 2026, at the Mehdi Huseynzade Stadium.

🗓️ Preparations officially begin March 24.

Bhantal Fc young star, Musa Kamara is currently undergoing a trial with English League One side Port Vale Football Club.

The talented youngster was discovered by Droom Soccer Academy during their scouting program in Freetown.

Musa Kamara, a talented footballer from Sierra Leone, was among the select players chosen by Droom Soccer to participate in an exciting tour to the iconic Manchester United Stadium in England. The tour provided these young athletes with a unique opportunity to experience world-class facilities, engage in training sessions, and immerse themselves in the rich football culture of one of the sport’s most famous clubs.
