GFT Thailand. Big congrats to Iko (3 golds), Aviana (2 golds), Alex and Alissa who did a tremendous job at the KU competition. Train hard and win big!!!!

GFT Thailand. It took 9 years but we finally won 1st place team at the Siam Cup. The event was a lot of fun and we want to congratulate our friends from China who joined us and helped secure the placing.

Most importantly we want to congratulate those for who it is their first time competing. Showing up itself is half the battle.

GFT Thailand. Three of our students, Nun, Bam and Art medalled at the Thailand 2026 University Games in Chiang Mai. Bam and Nun won gold and Art bronze.

Other notable team members was X who had a very good match. We are all proud of everyone who attended from MFU.

GFT Thailand. The GFT Chiang Rai Team preparing for the upcoming Siam Cup competition on 31 January in Bangkok.

GFT-CRT. Iko won bronze at the U-14 JJIF World Championships. We are all proud of her as she continues her BJJ journey.

GFT Thailand. This weekend we attended the AFG competition in Bangkok. We won best team in No Gi and came second in Gi.

All the coaches are so proud of the students who in many cases fought 1 or 2 weight divisions above their normal fight weights.

We would like to thank the organisers of AFG who were kind to help in many ways.

GFT Thailand. This weekend we had a friendly competition with Rachan Gym as part of the Chiang Rai Games. It was a lot of fun with many good matches.

Thanks to Kru Sun for hosting the competition and congratulations to the kids who participated.

GFT Thailand. Three new grey belts on our team. Alex, Ling Ling and Kao Fang were promoted to grey belt by Coach Beatriz and Coach Lion.

We are very proud of the kids who train and compete as much as possible. Keep up the good work.

GFT Thailand. We are so proud of our girls team. We went to the RSU Championships on Saturday and to the Siam Cup on Sunday with half a team. The boys were off doing other things so it was up to the girls (plus Alex) to keep GFTs name in good order.

The girls fought so well given that many have only been training for 6-12 months. Aviana won best female no gi athlete and the team came 3rd place overall in the Siam Cup.

Next competition is AFG in October. Nun and Iko will be representing Thailand in the Worlds in November.

GFT CRT. Coach Quinton won gold at the IBJJF Asian Championships today. Another good showing for GFT.

GFT CRT. Coach Beatriz won bronze at the IBJJF Asian Championships. It is Beatriz’s first year as a brown belt so a good showing.

This was GFT CRT’s first showing at the IBJJF Asian Championships. We sent three competitors, Nun, and Beatriz and won 2 bronze. Looking forward to next year.
