CrossFit Cayenne participated in the Vermilion Charter Academy 5k Run/Ruk on yesterday. Great job to all members who participated! Congratulations to both placing 1st in her age division, placing 2nd in her age division for the 5k run and for placing 2nd in the 5k Ruk.
