We’re embracing the trend, but the message is real. 💛
At Rise Yoga, we don’t care if you can touch your toes, have the “perfect” yoga outfit, or know every pose. We care that you show up. Because that’s where the magic starts.
What’s your own “Kinda chic…”? Drop it in the comments. 👇

You may not know that Tai Chi has already been part of our community! It was previously offered on Tuesday afternoons, and we’ve loved seeing some of our yogis enjoy the practice.
Now, we’re excited to make it even more accessible by moving it to Tuesdays at 10:15 a.m., immediately following our 9 a.m. yoga class.
Tai Chi is a gentle, flowing practice that helps improve balance, mobility, coordination, and overall well-being while calming the mind. It’s truly a practice for every body.
The best part? This class is completely FREE and open to everyone in our community. Whether you’re brand new to Tai Chi or have practiced before, all levels are welcome.
We hope you’ll join us as we continue to grow this offering and share the many benefits of moving mindfully together.

❓ What is our Strong Center Pilates class??
Strong Center Pilates is a mindful movement practice that builds strength, supports flexibility, and brings balance to the body. By linking breath with intentional, well-aligned movement, we will invite you to tune in and develop a deeper awareness of how your body moves and feels.
This Pilates-inspired Sculpt class is rooted in the principles of Pilates (including breath, centering, concentration, control, precision, and flow) while blending mindful movement with functional strength training. Expect intentional, moderate-paced sequences using balls, bands, rings, and light weights to build deep core support, improve posture, and develop full-body strength, stability, and mobility.
A perfect complement to your yoga practice, this low-impact class will leave you feeling strong, steady, and empowered.
