It has been a great Outdoor Track season with many PRs, laughs, medals, learning, and most of all.... running! It all comes down to Track championships with Districts, Regionals, States, and Nationals. Tomorrow is the opening with the first day of National District Championships! Come support the track team at Mount Vernon High School track at 5:30 pm on Wednesday and 8 am on Saturday. Here are some highlights from the season so far
