Youth Badminton Summer Camps @ Rally Niagara

Parents / Youth,

Join in on one of the most fun and exciting summer camps in town! Rally Niagara Badminton summer camps are geared towards helping students develop solid badminton fundamentals, improving physical conditioning, and building team spirit. Our summer camps offer kids ages 8-17 an opportunity to learn a new sport or improve by learning basic fundamental and tactical skills through badminton drills, friendly competitions, and fun workouts to keep their bodies and minds fit. By the end of camp, students will come away with improved skills, a better understanding of the game and a love for badminton.

Camps are one week long each, Monday - Friday

Location: Zion - 895 N. Forest Rd. Williamsville

Session 1 - July 13 - 17
Session 2 - August 3 - 7

Sessions are from 9 AM to 12 PM

Note: Drop-off time begins at 8:30 AM for a 9 AM start time. We will provide a light snack afterwards at 12 PM. Pick-up time is 12:15 PM.

What an incredible day of exciting badminton game play at the annual India Association of Buffalo (IAB) Open Badminton Doubles tournament this past Saturday, March 28th. 122 players representing 67 teams competed in 200 games over the course of 9 hours. Feathers were flying in the men's, women's, mixed, and youth doubles event categories. We are excited once again here at Rally Niagara to be hosting the 4th annual IAB (India Association of Buffalo) Open Doubles Badminton Tournament taking place on Saturday, March 28th. Come join us for an exciting tournament event that is open to all skill levels of players. Events featured will be Men's & Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles, and Youth Doubles.

Rally Niagara is offering small group pickleball instructional Level 1 classes on Sunday mornings & Tuesday afternoons starting this coming week along with Level 2 classes on Sunday mornings & Wednesday afternoons. Come be a part of the excitement of pickleball and learn a fun sport that is social and great exercise :)

Registration for the 2026 IAB (India Association of Buffalo) Open Pickleball Tournament is now in progress. Join us for this fun inaugural event held at Rally Niagara (Zion facility). All skill levels of players are welcome and encouraged to participate in this open event.

Date: Saturday, Feb 21st

Location: Zion Dominion, 895 North Forest Rd., Williamsville, NY

Events: Men's & Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles

Self-evaluated skill level: Recreational, Intermediate, & Competitive

Format: Preliminary games, Round robin (per skill level), Elimination games – Top teams in each grouping compete in 11-point games (win by 2), Final (1st / 2nd place game & 3rd place game

Balls: Franklin X-40

This coming winter season we have an exciting offering of instructional badminton classes for youth (ages 7 to 18) on Sunday afternoons. Small group coaching is performed by a dedicated team of coaches that are passionate about instructing and training youth on various badminton skills, drills, strategies & game play. Doubles and team play will be emphasized this session. Registration can be made via website link.

Classes are 11 weeks in duration. Specials included an end of season pizza party & a badminton "doubles" tournament scheduled for Sunday, May 3rd in which interested Rally Niagara students and other youth in the community are welcome to participate in.

Class offerings:

* Sunday afternoons - 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM and 3:15 PM to 4:45 PM. Cost is $169 per student. Classes start on Sunday, Feb 1st and a more precise schedule of dates will be provided.

Coaches for this session: Wendy T., Hetram S., Mike H., Poli R., Sumanth B., Praveen A, & Pramod W.

* There will be an evaluation on the first class to ensure students are placed in an appropriate age/skill group)

Location of classes are at Zion - 895 North Forest Rd. in Williamsville in February, shifting to ECC at 6205 Main St. in Williamsville in March.
