Power 45 is a new 45 minute hybrid, power yoga and mat pilates class, focusing on core strengthening Asanas and Pilates mat exercises. This high powered class will bring you into a deep connection with your muscles of locomotion, bringing focus to the powerhouse muscles (abdomen, lower back, hips, and glutes).

In the past few months we have welcomed Matt Shamey to the studio as a part of our Resonance family!💚
Matt is a Western Massachusetts–based yoga teacher, endurance athlete, and experiential educator.
Outside the studio, he leads international student travel programs focused on cultural immersion and service learning. His teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is less about performance and more about developing attention, resilience, and connection — to one’s body, to others, and to the present moment.
