Congratulations to our very own Lily Shay! 🎉

Lily has been selected to attend the First Tee Drive Your Future Academy, a national female empowerment event this October in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. She'll connect with accomplished female mentors, join workshops with leaders from companies like CapTech and Meta, and play a round of golf with mentors.

Only up to 36 teens nationwide are selected — and Lily is one of them. We couldn't be prouder! 👏

Two First Tee – Orange County stars, one national stage!

This summer, Elliot D. was selected to attend the Game Changers Academy — a five-day national learning and empowerment experience for teens from First Tee chapters across the country. Joining him in Minnesota is Coach Sami, who applied and was selected to coach at this national opportunity.

And the recognition didn't stop there — Coach Sami was also named Outstanding Coach of the Week by her own participants, a true testament to the coaching culture we've built here at FTOC.
