EARN IT Athletics was built from years spent at ballparks, in cages, and investing in athletes in our community.

EARN IT is rooted in the belief that confidence is earned through reps, consistency, and hard work.

Keep working. Keep believing. Keep preparing.

Sometimes people see you as a role. Sometimes they see you as a weapon. Sometimes they haven't seen everything you're capable of yet.

Your job is to keep getting better until nobody can ignore it. Sometimes you have to let your bat speak itself.

We are working on:
-Hands stay connected to the body.
-K**b of the bat works directly toward the ball.
-The back elbow slots naturally.
-The barrel enters the hitting zone efficiently.

She’s working hard every week! There’s still adjustments to be made, but in live action/games, she hits and it will only get better from here!
