As we get ready to celebrate Independence Day next weekend, here are our holiday hours so you can plan ahead:

Friday, July 3�Regular CrossFit Classes:�• 4:35 AM�• 5:30 AM�• 6:30 AM

Open Gym: 7:30 AM–12:00 PM

Sports Performance classes will be running during Open Gym, so please keep CrossFit workouts on your designated side of the gym.

Saturday, July 4�The gym will be closed.

Sunday, July 5
The gym will be closed

If you know Megan, you love her. She’s always a friendly face in the gym, showing up with a smile and a willingness to put in the work.

You can catch her either bright and early at 4:30 AM or crushing it at 5:30 PM as she balances a full-time job and being an incredible mom to her daughters.
