He may be one of our youngest members, but this guy brings some SERIOUS work ethic.

Lucas works hard, encourages everyone around him, takes coaching like a champ, and is the kind of teammate you’re always happy to have beside you.

After just one year at Goldfinch, he’s not only become part of the family, he’s started the coach training process and is already doing an awesome job stepping into leadership.

MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: KELSEY JONES

If you’re in the afternoon classes, you already know Kelsey. She is strong, hardworking, encouraging, and the kind of person who makes everyone around her want to push a little harder.

Kelsey brings it every single workout. She challenges herself, puts in the work, and brings such a positive energy to the room. Basically, if you’re working out next to Kelsey, you’re probably going to work a little harder. And we love that about her.

And especially to our DWR girls who spent so much of their summer with us at the gym. We’ve loved having you here, watching you get stronger, laugh together, work hard, and become better athletes along the way.

Dumbbells & Donuts is officially one of our favorite mornings of the year!

Thank you to every single person who came out and brought the energy. We had babies, kids, adults, families, best friends, and gym friends all filling the gym, working hard, laughing together, cheering each other on, and having FUN.

You came to sweat. You came to laugh. You came to partner up. You came to make some memories.

And yes, you came for the donuts too. 😂🍩

What a FUN way to wrap up summer and get everyone ready for another school year!

This is our Goldfinch family, and we wouldn’t trade it for anything.
