On April 15 a little before 2am, sirens went off throughout the City. warning of a severe storm.
The National Weather Service has determined that a tornado touched down at Jackson Avenue and I94, headed southeast, and lifted near W. William and 4th Street. Once the tornado had lifted, fierce straight line winds pulled metal roof panels off of Yost Ice Arena ... and uprooted trees and snapped branches around the AAGOC golf course.
