Hi Apex families! Day 2 update:

The shattered panel has been boarded up, a temporary fix while we work to replace it.

While our lobby and deck is officially clear of any glass, our pool is still affected.

Today, started the process of draining our pool. We will keep all families updated as we drain, fill, treat, and heat the water. As this is being done, management and our staff is working on getting our school looking good for when you return. Thanks for your patience and support!

Hi Big Blue Apex families.
We have some unfortunate news:

Late last night, a panel of glass from our pool deck has unexpectedly shattered. It’s unclear how or why this occurred. This damage has resulted in glass in the lobby, pool deck, and swimming pool.

While we are working with glass repairers and cleaners to get these issues fixed, we sadly need to cancel all classes for today, Monday 10/5. The health and safety our families, swimmers, and staff is our first priority.

At this moment we are unsure when the pool will be reopen; there are many options we are still navigating through. However, will update all families as we progress. Please reach out if you have any further questions. Thank you for understanding!
