Today it's time for Alex Gao and Micah Swope to step onto the national stage for their first-ever USA Taekwondo National Championships in sparring.

Progressive Taekwondo students worked on improving their Poomsae technique this weekend. Thank you Master Bryan Cerda for working with the students. Thank you to for hosting.

Good luck to Master Francisco J. Dolz and the USA Masters Team who are currently in Madrid, Spain participating in the World Masters Training Camp and Madrid Masters Open. Master Dolz will be competing tomorrow in Sport Poomsae and Sparring.
