Everyone has been hitting lots of PRs lately, so we figured it was time to get a proper bell (or 2 or 3 or 4) to celebrate 😎

Great job to everyone that showed up today and gave it their all. Some of you hit big personal bests, and some of you proved your grit by refusing to quit and working hard until the end. PR or not, we all got a little stronger, and a little tougher from it 💪

Murph 2026 might have been our favorite year yet. No pride, no ego, just this awesome community showing up, eager to choose an hour of discomfort to honor those who made the highest sacrifice.

Every year on Memorial Day, we remember the men and women in the military who died while serving our country. "Murph" is a hero workout written as a tribute to Navy SEAL Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan:

"Murph"
1-Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1-Mile Run
(If you have a 20 # vest or body armor, wear it.)

Hero workouts like Murph are an opportunity to push ourselves, both mentally and physically, as we remember the sacrifices made for us.
