NEW: DPS’ Regulatory Services Division (RSD) is launching a new online platform for the state’s License to Carry (LTC) program. The new licensing platform – RSD Connect – is set to go live in less than a month.

There will be temporary pause in online LTC services as data is transferred over to the new RSD Connect platform. Customers have until Sept. 12 to submit new applications on the current platform, and until Sept. 14 to submit supporting documents for existing applications. LTC applications will resume on Oct. 1, 2026
