✨Swim Instructor Highlight: Meet Brie!✨
Brie fell in love with the water at a young age, and that passion has never faded. She started swimming competitively at age 10, has been lifeguarding since age 16, and began teaching lessons a year later. Some of Brie's most standout memories as a young child are of summers spent at swim lessons, and she loves bringing that love of the water to other swimmers. Her favorite part of teaching is seeing students develop and grow into someone able to achieve what they once didn't believe was possible.
Brie also has strong conversational skills in American Sign Language (ASL)

✨Instructor Highlight: Meet Carleeh!✨
For the last 20 years, Carleeh has been sweating, learning, failing, succeeding, getting back up, and falling in love with movement in all its forms. Through seasons of injury, loss, healing, and growth, fitness has always had her. Long before she became a coach, fitness became her training ground. It's where she learned what she was capable of. Movement has given her more than stronger muscles, medals, and PRs—it has shaped who she is.
That love for movement eventually led her to coaching, and she believes it's a privilege to have a front-row seat to people doing hard things. More than anything, she loves helping people discover what movement can give them.
It's amazing what a group of people will do together when nobody wants to do lunges alone. Somehow, shared suffering turns into friendship.
Vibe check: form checks, heavier weights, random dancing, dry humor, and a juicy cooldown.
Come for the workout. Find out fitness is about a lot more than fitness.
