How you start your morning can shape the rest of your day.
Try these 3 simple habits to kickstart your energy and motivation:
• Move your body – even just 10 minutes of stretching or walking!
• Hydrate – a full glass of water first thing in the morning.
• Set an intention – breathe, journal, or set a goal to stay focused.

Snow season is here, and you know what that means—wet, slushy shoes. Let’s talk turf: it’s for warm-ups, burpees and crushing workouts, not for puddles and dirt!
Bring a pair of clean indoor shoes and help us keep the floor dry, safe, and ready for everyone. Nobody wants to be the person who turned the turf into a slip-n-slide!
Be mindful of your fellow gym-goers and the space we all share. A quick change of shoes makes all the difference.
