At the AOC Coaches Clinic, Ben Josephson taught us to tell our athletes to โhold your nachosโ when getting into a defensive position. So when I did a clinic with these 3rd & 4th graders, we practiced holding our nachos during serve receive!
A mom sent me this picture from their gameโฆ and LOOK AT THEM! ๐๐๐ผ They were listening! All down and ready holding their nachos! ๐ฅฃ๐
Itโs the little things that stick with them. I absolutely love seeing them take what they learn in a clinic and carry it onto the court! ๐
