💯 Classes for Abby Lambros 🎉
“I started going to barre when I was pregnant with my youngest because I wanted to feel stronger and prepare for postpartum in a better way than I did for my oldest. I then continued it through the postpartum period while I was out on maternity leave.
It meant a lot to me to have that escape outside of the house and feel like I was doing something just for me. It made me a more patient, and physically stronger, mother which was really something I was struggling with. And then when I was blindsided by my divorce it was hard for me to get back to the things that I knew and love because my whole life was in disarray around me.
I started to slowly but surely go back to barre and dive into the community that was around me. I started to prioritize myself and my physical and emotional health during a really trying time.
Now that things are nearly finalized and I am in a better spot, it’s nice to reflect on all that I have gotten to accomplish at barre. I can’t believe it’s been 100 classes. You guys have known me through many really big formative parts of my life and it has been really special to be apart of such an amazing and supportive community. You really have gotten me through a lot of the high highs and low lows that I have experienced and I couldn’t be more grateful. “
Abby, we adore you! Thank you for choosing BF to be a part of your journey. We are so grateful to have you in our community!! 🖤
