Afternoon strength work at Rogue Valley Fitness Training 💪
I like to start my workouts with a warm up circuit focused on weaknesses, balance, and durability before getting into heavier work. Today’s circuit included TRX rows, short range leg extensions, TRX pushups, single leg hip hinges, and calf raise variations on the box.
The goal isn’t just to train hard. It’s to keep building strength, movement quality, and resilience for the long run. 🏃🏻♂️🥋

One of the things we focus on at Rogue Valley Fitness Training is movement quality.
Strength is important, but balance, coordination, and awareness are what keep people moving well for years to come.
Training doesn’t have to be extreme to be effective. It just has to be intentional.

I don’t train hard every day.
Mondays are for mobility, recovery, and listening to the body.
Taking care of the body is part of long-term strength and longevity.

Strength training doesn’t need to be complicated to be effective.
Most of my workouts, and my clients’, are built around a few fundamental movement patterns done well and done consistently.
That’s the foundation.
