Flora is back in town for the Summer from NECCA’s professional Circus program. She is coaching an intermediate level Lyra workshop on Sunday July 26 11 to 1 PM.
Come learn advanced, spins, rolls, dynamic combos and more! In this workshop we will be focusing on spin techniques. Creating fun, dynamic combos and much more!
Pre-Reqs:intermediate level, can invert in the air and hang for 30 seconds $65 or $45 for Levity studio members

Rope peeps! We have Rosie coaching rope for the month of July! Get yourself into class and do hard things with friends. It’s better that way!!

Come level up your rope skills with Rosie this summer! This July series will include working on connecting your beats into movements, learning some new sequences, and developing your own sense of artistic movement on the rope. All of that coupled with some good ‘ol summer conditioning and you’ll end the month feeling stronger and more confident on the rope. Can’t wait to see you in class!

Rosie is an internationally renowned rope artist with many years of experience performing and teaching. After graduating from École Nationale de Cirque in Montreal, she toured with companies such as Cirque du Soleil, Circus Monti, and Noli Timere. She’s excited to share all that she knows and loves about rope with her students and fellow rope artists.

July Silks 1 & Silks 2 💫 Sam is only coaching 2 of each class so don’t miss her! Add the dates to your calendar and come work on these special themes for the month:
Silks 1 theme
Footlocks: making figure 8 and dancer locks clean in the air, and learning mini sequences of footlock possibilities

Silks 2 theme
Drops: small drops, large drops, spinning drops, etc. All drops will have walkdowns available.
