Congratulations to our seniors who graduated this past Sunday! We are so proud of all your achievements and just want to thank you for everything you gave to the program over these last 4 years. We wish you nothing but success moving forward.

Congratulations to Senior Goalkeeper, #2 Owen Avelar, on achieving 700 career saves during yesterday’s game vs Gwynedd Mercy University.

Avelar is now up to 713 saves and sits 2nd all-time in program history. A milestone built on consistency, toughness, and showing up every single day. Great job #2!🥍🔥

Before yesterday’s game vs. Marywood, we took time to honor our nine seniors and their families for everything they’ve given to the Neumann Men’s Lacrosse program.

Thank you for your dedication, leadership, and the legacy you leave behind. Wishing you all the best in what’s next!

We are heartbroken to share the passing of a former member & teammate of our Neumann Men’s Lacrosse family, #12 Sam Nice.

He was not only an exceptional athlete on the field, but also such an outstanding individual off of it. His kindness, positivity, and passion for not only the game of lacrosse, but for those around him as well, left such a strong and lasting impact during his time at Neumann. He embodied what it truly means to be part of this program, and his legacy will continue to live on through the memories he created and the lives he touched.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, teammates, and all who knew and loved him. RIP #12 💙💛🪽

Before the start of yesterday game vs Penn College, players and coaches from both teams took a minute to honor Sam Nice, a former Neumann Men’s Lacrosse player, by wearing shirts with his jersey number and having his jerseys from both teams hung up throughout the game.

At the end of the day, the sport of lacrosse comes down to one thing, and that is being a family. Since Sam was apart of both teams, we wanted to come together and honor him and his family in anyway we could.

We will continue to pray for Sam and the entire Nice family as they continue on through this difficult journey. Keep fighting #12 🙏🏻
