We listen to symptoms, investigate mysterious noises, and occasionally spend an embarrassing amount of time tracking down a noise that disappears the moment the owner walks through the door.
The diagnosis is usually straightforward.
The treatment plan often involves fewer squeaks, better shifting, and a healthy dose of chain l**e.
That's more effective than it sounds.
