It's hunting season. Be careful out there folks, you never know when you might disturb a hidden bike mechanic.

This Cannondale 700 U Topstone is a marvel of the new gravel bike movement. It's color and performance will inspire you to take unknown country roads and let you see Athens autumn like never before. With tubeless tires and and a pivot on the seat tube this bike rides like a dream over rough chunck. 🍂🍃🚴‍♂️

Trying to keep the Athens area on two wheels can sometimes be a puzzle. Some bike noises cause us to listen, look, poke, prod, adjust, lubricate, and ponder. 🧩

Occasionally we spend, what might be, too much time finding a noise that disappears as soon as another mechanic is called in. ⏲️

The diagnosis is usually straightforward.👩‍⚕️

The treatment plan often involves better braking, better shifting, and a healthy dose of chain l**e. 👏

That's more effective than it sounds.

🔧 Stop in if your bike seems a little under the weather. We'll give it a checkup.

If only this Puch Lucerne could talk about the rides it has taken. What we know is that this is an early 1980's Lucerne from Austria with Shimano 600 ex series components.

These shifters and derailleurs feature ornate engravings from the Arabesque era ('78-'84), widely prized by collectors. The steel tubing is an elite Reynolds 531 with lugs.

This bike is nimble, clean, freshly tuned, and ready for its next life with the right owner.

This all could have been avoided with a simple question about Dramamine. Remember, work place communication can be difficult sometimes. Avoid the drama, ride your bike.
