This one is very special to me 🥰 The Smoked Prime Roast....a delicious chuck roast seasoned and cooked like a prime rib....so tender and flavorful. We had this over the Christmas Holidays...and it was everythingggg🔥🔥🔥

It was paired with twice baked potatoes and steamed broccoli....perfect🥳
