Been real busy lately with a full time job, but I’m still alive! Doing a fun project for myself with a cheap Squier Mustang. Got a cheap cigar box pickup to get the bottom 3 strings and send to another output via a TRS 1/4” out. Pretty excited to get this beast up and running.

God fu***ng damn it. We lost one of the absolutely most profound lead singers in experimental music. RIP to the great Damo Suzuki of the band Can. Can pioneered Krautrock and their influence cannot be quantified. All I can say is music would be different in a worse way without Can. Ege Bamyasi was a crucial album in my musical upbringing. Rest in power Damo

Damn. Hard week. RIP to Aston “family man” Barrett. Bassist for Bob Marley and the Wailers. IMO he was the core of Bob’s sound and was a crucial part of his biggest hits. I grew up listening to Caribbean music and I would be a different musician all together without Reggae influences. Gonna smoke a fat one for the musicians we’ve lost this year, and it’s barely February.

RIP to Wayne Kramer of MC5. One of the greatest rock and roll bands that never caught the recognition they truly deserved.
