If you don't plan on attending and haven't already voted, you are welcome to drop a proxy ballot off at the clubhouse between 6:30 and 7. Note that online voting closed last night, so if you haven't voted, that is no longer an option.

As long as there are no technical issues, we will post a Zoom meeting link tonight for those you can't physically attend.

Barring any technical issues, we will be having the meeting on Zoom and streamed on Facebook at our Resident-Only Group Page. We'll post a Zoom link here before the meeting begins. We will TRY to answer any questions posted via Zoom or Facebook at the end of the meeting.

Pool is officially closed for the season as of Sept 26th

Pool is OPEN

POOL IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
May reopen as early as tomorrow. Will post an update when open.

POOL IS CLOSED TODAY for clubhouse roof replacement. Should reopen later this afternoon - Will post again when it’s available.

ON TUESDAY, JUNE 8th, POOL IS CLOSED UNTIL 4 PM

The clubhouse is getting a chemical wash and we can't have anyone in the pool area during that time.

When no lifeguards are on duty, it's "swim at your own risk".

There are quite a few delinquent accounts, which seem to be mostly from not paying the February dues. If you're behind, your cards won't work and you can't use the pool, so please check your accounts.

Pool monitors will be checking key cards, and concessions will be available this year (we'll see how it goes).
