We’re honored that runners have voted the War Eagle Run Fest the Best Half Marathon in Alabama for 2026 on RaceRaves. Awards like this are a reflection of the incredible collaboration between our community, volunteers, local businesses, Auburn University, and tourism leaders who work together to create an unforgettable experience for every runner and visitor.

The impact extends far beyond the finish line inside Jordan-Hare Stadium. Each year, thousands of runners and their families travel to Auburn-Opelika, generating significant economic impact for local hotels, restaurants, retailers, and attractions while showcasing the hospitality and energy that make this destination so special.
