🦃 AUBURN ICE HAWKS TURKEY RAFFLE 🦃
Important Information for All Ice Hawks Families
Hello, Ice Hawks Families!
By now, all 8U–18U families should have received their 15 orange Turkey Raffle tickets, which were included in players’ registration fees.
🎟️ YOUR 15 REGISTRATION TICKETS — KEEP THE PROCEEDS!
These 15 orange tickets are already included in your registration. You may choose to:
Option 1: Put your name on all 15 tickets and enter them into the raffle.
Option 2: Sell the tickets for $5 each and keep the money you collect.
If you sell all 15 registration tickets, the $75 collected belongs to your family and does NOT need to be turned in to the club.
📬 WHERE TO SUBMIT YOUR 15 REGISTRATION TICKET STUBS
Once your 15 registration tickets are completed, place the ticket stubs only in the black Auburn Ice Hawks mailbox located on the wall between Locker Rooms 1 and 2 in the Casey Park lobby.
If you sold your tickets, keep the money and submit only the completed stubs.
🎟️ WANT TO SELL ADDITIONAL TICKETS?
If you would like to sell more than your original 15 registration tickets, please contact Mark Padula at (680) 242-3250 or reach out to any board member. We will provide additional tickets as soon as possible.
Additional tickets will be red or orange with a black dot on the stub so they can be distinguished from the original registration tickets.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Money from additional tickets MUST be turned in to the club.
For all additional tickets:
Collect $5 for every ticket sold.
The money collected does not belong to your family.
Submit both the completed ticket stubs AND all money collected to your team manager or coach.
Do NOT place money from additional ticket sales in the black Auburn Ice Hawks mailbox.
🏒 LEARN TO SKATE & 6U FAMILIES
Learn to Skate and 6U registration fees did not include the 15 Turkey Raffle tickets.
However, we would love to have you participate! If you would like to support the club by selling Turkey Raffle tickets, please contact Mark Padula or any board member.
Any tickets provided to Learn to Skate or 6U families are considered additional tickets. Therefore, both the completed ticket stubs and all money collected must be submitted to your team manager or coach.

We will also have meat, seafood, and dessert raffles throughout the evening. Tickets for these raffles will be available for purchase at the event.
