Laser-Timed Sprints & Dash (Speed & Acceleration)

Vertical Jump Testing (Explosive Power)

Max Lift Testing (Raw Strength)

⏰ AGE GROUP SCHEDULE
Testing times are categorized by age group:

Ages 8–11: 8:00am - 9:00am

Adults 18+: 9:00am-10:00am

Ages 12-14: 10:00am - 11:00am

Ages 15–18: 11:00am-12:00pm
