Thank you once again for the overwhelming response to our swim lesson program. We are truly grateful for the trust so many families have placed in us.

Swimming is a vital life skill, and teaching it has always been a passion project for our team. From the beginning, our goal has been to offer our services in the fairest and most transparent way possible to every family. That’s why we use a well-respected national web-based registration system that is open to everyone. By keeping the process fully online, we eliminate in-person lines and phone queues, giving every interested family an equal opportunity to register.

We understand that the high demand can be frustrating for anyone who experienced delays or was unable to secure a spot. With only a limited number of openings and hundreds of families registering at the same time, the system can become very busy very quickly. When you enter the queue, families ahead of you are actively completing their purchases, and availability changes in real-time. Spots may sell out even while your request is processing.

We actively monitor and review the registration process after every session. We perform a full post-registration analysis to ensure there were no system issues and to identify any opportunities to improve the experience for future sessions.

We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we remain committed to making our program accessible and fair for as many families as possible.
