To the players, parents, and fans of the 2026 IL Hawks 18U Red,

As our season has now come to a close, I want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for an unforgettable journey.

To our parents and families: Your support made all of this possible. From tournaments across the region to late-night games and everything in between, you were there. Your trust in our program, in us as coaches and your willingness to invest in your daughters’ development meant everything. Thank you for being partners in this.

To our fans: Your energy, your cheers, and your belief in this team fueled us, especially down the stretch. You made every game feel special.

To our players: You showed up every single day with heart, effort, and a commitment to getting better. Whether it was early morning games, extra BP sessions, or grinding through long hot tournament runs—you left everything on the field. You’ve not only developed as athletes, but as competitors and teammates. Watching you grow over these years has been one of the greatest privileges for all us coaches to be a part of. It was a hell of a ride!

This group showed that with dedication, a positive culture, and a focus on doing things the right way, great things happen. We are proud of who you are on the field and more importantly, who you are as young ladies!

Here’s to new chapters ahead. We’ll continue to follow your journeys—whether that’s college ball, or wherever life takes you—and we’ll share updates here as you accomplish great things. You’re always part of the Hawks family!

As we begin welcoming our new 15U group, we’re asking our 18U family to help make them feel at home. Your leadership, your example, and your presence will set the tone for what comes next. Thank you for being incredible ambassadors for this program.

Our last final day walking into a dugout together. The book is only beginning for these ladies, but it’s already a best seller!

We couldn’t be more proud of what they’ve accomplished on the field, but more importantly, the young women they are off the field!
